Shipping Information

Shipping charges will be added to your order, and credit card, when your order ships. This will be done as a separate transaction. You will receive a paid invoice with your total after your item ships. Please notify us in the "Order Notes" area if you require notification of shipping charges before we ship your order.

Your order will usually ship from our facility in Minneapolis, MN, within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow UPS at least 5 business days for delivery.

For all Canadian shipments: O.E.M. Heaters will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you.
