Strip Heaters

Strip Heaters are available in a number of constructions depending on the material to be heated and the application. Sheath temperatures are typically 700ºF to 1400ºF depending on construction, watt density sheath material and type of insulation used.

Mineral insulated Strip Heaters have the highest temperature rating in stainless steel construction and attain a temperature of 1400ºF. Mica Strip Heaters are made of zinc steel up to 900ºF and stainless steel up to 1200ºF. Strip Heaters can be made with holes notches and cutouts.

All Strip Heaters are available with various terminations to suit individual applications.
