Circulation Heater 2.5" NPT, 150#, 304 Stainless steel Screwplug with a 12" immersed length

Heater Specifications
  • Incoloy 800 elements wired for 240V
  • Single phase operation supply 
  • 3kW total power
  • Heater threads into a 3” diameter, fully insulated, 304 stainless steel vessel with 1” NPT inlet and outlet ports
  • Terminals are enclosed in either a NEMA 1 or NEMA 4 terminal box with a 60˚F - 250˚F adjustable, pilot duty thermostat
  • Power density is 37W/sq.in.—suitable for water, process water, and some other liquids (consult O.E.M. Heaters for specifications).

Heater will ship one business day after order if requested with NEMA 1 box.  Heater will ship two business days after order if requested with NEMA 4 box.

NEMA 1 box: Indoor Use- finger tight
NEMA 4 box: Indoor/Outdoor Use- water and dust tight
