Immersion Heaters

Immersion heaters are designed for direct contact heating of fluids from water to highly viscous oils, gases, and hazardous areas. Virtually 100% energy efficiency is achieved. Various temperature control options permit very tight temperature control.

Screwplug Immersion

Circulation

For frequent removal for cleaning, tanks with little space, or when the wall cannot be penetrated. Over-the-side heaters evenly distribute heat and are widely used in many applications. Fits directly into the vessel's sidewall. Hairpin-bent tubular elements welded to a flange with an electrical enclosure. Ideal for heating gases/ liquids or generating steam in a pressure vessal. Wide variety of sizes and electrical enclosures. Tubular elements in a threaded hex plug. Heater screws directly into the sidewall through an opening in the tank to heat liquids or gases through direct contact. Compact, economical, and easy to install.  Consists of a screwplug or flange heater mounted on a pipe vessel. Designed to heat flowing liquids or gases. The medium being heated flows past the element- quick response, even heat distribution, and accurate temp control result.
