Coil and Nozzle Heaters

Coil heaters can be easily formed into a variety of shapes to fit its many applications. From industry standard sizes to custom pieces for unique configurations, coil heaters are consistantly chosen as the heating solution for many in the plastics processing, packaging, medical equipment, hot melting industries, and are commonly used as powerful heating cells in plastic injection molding hot-runner nozzles.

Known for their reliability and high performance, these small diameter heaters are used whenever a large amount of heat is required in a confined space. Flat coil heaters, low profile coil heaters, round coil heaters, Mini/micro-mini coil heaters, maxi coil heaters, pressed-in-brass coil heaters, and HotLock mini coil heaters are all available.

Coil and Nozzle heaters can accomodate thermocouple sensors, and their cross-section can be made square or rectangular to improve heat transfer.
