Circulation Heaters
Circulation heaters consist of either a screwplug or flange immersion heater mounted on a pipe vessel. These complete units are designed to heat flowing liquids or gases. Ideal for side-arm or in-line applications, the medium being heated is directed past the heating elements, allowing for quick response, even heating distribution, and accurate process temperature control.
Each assembly is equipped with:
- Heating element
- Inlet/outlet connections
- Insulated pipe vessel
- Terminal enclosure
- Mounting Blocks
- Drain Plug
Circulation heaters are easy to install and maintain with minimal time and labor due to their compact size.
