Mi-PlusTM Band Heaters
These mineral insulated band heaters are especially designed for applications where high watt density or high temperatures are required. The MI-Plus band heater features a low-profile cross section using stainless steel.
The clamping brackets are made using the outer sheath of the band heater creating a unique one-piece built-in strap.
Specifications & Tolerances:
- Maximum temperatures to 1400ºF (760ºC)
- Maximum Watt Density: 150 W/in2 (depends on heater size and operating temps)
- Standard Widths: 1 to 8", in ½" increments
- Consult OEM Heaters for maximum inside diameter
- Maximum voltage is 480VAC
