3HXOL Series

The 3HXOL Series is a range of PTFE-sheathed immersion heaters, built in an L shape to heat the bottom of a tank. These heaters have multiple elements, and are wired in three-phase by default. The vertical riser section is unheated and can be made to custom lengths.

Watt density: 10 W/in².

• Longer vertical lengths (cold zones).
• Polypropylene guards*: recommended for applications up to 180°F (82°C).
• Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards: recommended for chromic acid or solutions over 180°F (82°C).
• Special configurations.
• Longer wire and conduit lengths.
• Lower watt densities for highly viscous solutions and technical acids.
• Temperature and level controls sized to match the heater.
• Single-phase or three-phase power.
