Custom Made Heat

Custom Heaters. For some people that's almost a dirty word.  Most folks associate 'custom' with 'expensive' and 'long lead time'...oh, and 'high minimum quantities'. That's why we prefer the term Built To Order Heaters.

Looking for cartridge heaters with a built in thermocouple that no one stocks? Band and strip heaters with odd cutouts? Odd sized silicone rubber heaters? Screw-plug immersion heaters with a metric or British Pipe Thread? Need a single piece? 100 pieces? O.E.M. Heaters has you covered with our Built To Order heaters.  Need your heaters tomorrow?  Well, that might be a problem, but most Built To Order Heater styles can ship within one to two business days of receipt of your order. So remember, O.E.M. Heaters will build your heater to your exact specifications for a good price with no minimum quantities required and we'll give you quick delivery.

We've developed some on-line tools that will speed up the process of getting the specification of the heater you want from you to us.  On-line configuration tools are up for the following heater styles:

If you would like a Quote on our other Built To Order Heater styles, or you'd just like to speak with an applications engineer, you can always pick up the phone and give us a call at (866) 685-4443.  You can also send us an e-mail at info@oemheaters.com or fill out our contact formWe prefer to have a sketch or drawing of the heater you would like quoted, which can be sent to us by fax or attached to your e-mail as a PDF file.  We would also be happy to work from a verbal description as well, but once we pin down the specifications, we will need your e-mail or fax number to send the drawing for your approval before we can finish your quote.  If you're not sure about any of this, just give us a call, toll free, at (866) 685-4443; we're here to help.

The table below shows lead times for the various styles of heaters that we will build to your exact specification.  Here's the key to the table: ST = Standard Lead Time; RR = Regular Rush; ER = Extreme Rush. Standard Lead Time can vary with factory work load and will be clearly stated on your quote.
