Hot Bonder Composite Repair

Self-contained, portable hot bonder repair systems offer safety and reliability. For large or small repairs the ACR-II portable hot-bonder offers unparalleled ease of use. Only properly rated power (90v - 264v) will enable the ACR-II hot bonder to boot up and supply the appropriate heat. Thermocouples provide temperature input, maintaining the correct temperature for the entire repair cycle.

Cure cycles or recipes can be written in the field or on any PC with a USB 2.0 port and Hot Bonder Recipe Data Editor software. A touch screen interface allows the operator to enter and change any parameter on the program screen.

Able to perform in the tightest of spaces, the safety, durability and reliability of the ACR-II portable hot bonder performs well on big and small jobs.
